Return Policy

We do our best to describe accurately in the description the product you are purchasing. All products are tested, in great condition and sold in working order with all pieces unless otherwise noted in the description. Products that are new will be noted that in the description. Otherwise items are sold as gently used. Photos are of the actual product you are purchasing unless the product is new then in may be a stock photo. 

 

Online Purchase Return Policy 

 

Returns
Online order returns will gladly be accepted within 7 days of date of delivery/pickup on clothing and shoes only with the following exceptions; no formal wear, holiday apparel, costumes, socks or under garments will be accepted as returns. Returns must have a copy of purchase receipt with them when being returned, Item(s) must still have the original Me 'n Mommy To Be tags attached and be in the same condition as when purchased. Any items with odor, holes, rips, stains, tags removed, ect. will not be accepted for returns. Items that have been used after delivery will not be accepted for return.  All items accepted in compliance with the return policy will be issued as an online store credit for usage via our website. No cash or credit/debit card refunds unless an error was made on our behalf or the item(s) you received was clearly described inaccurately, then we may issue a return to the form of payment you used to purchase the item. Me 'n Mommy To Be has final authority to accept any item(s) for return. Otherwise all sales are final.

 

Return Locations:
We do our best to make returns easy for our customers by offering them several convenient options to get the products back to us should a return be required. Items in compliance with our return policy may be returned to any Me 'n Mommy To Be store location during regular business hours or you may email support@me-n-mommytobe.com your name, order number, date item delivered and reason for return, to request a return RA# to mail your items back to our fulfillment center for a store credit. No returns will be accepted by mail without the RA# issued for that return. Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the person returning the item unless the item you received was clearly not as described in the listing or an error was made on our part. On a case by case basis Me 'n Mommy To Be may elect to send a pre-paid shipping label to the customer for returning said item if an error was made by us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved then we will issue a online store credit for the returned item. We are unable to refund shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Ship with a tracking number.
